Q: WHAT IS YOUR STYLE?
A: My photography style mimics my personal style, I would best describe my style as natural and classic, my images reflect my love of clean composition and simplicity, beautiful light and helping you look naturally gorgeous. I don't add any special effects or filters, I want your images to look timeless. Lets put it this way, I don't want you to ever look back at your images years down the road and say "what were we thinking!" Your photos are heirlooms to pass down to future generations and what sometimes may look cool in the moment because it’s in trend doesn't mean it will be trendy years down the road.
Q: i'm working on a budget will you consider giving a discount?
A: My packages have been carefully curated and priced according to their value, so the short answer is "No". However, no two weddings are alike so as such I would love to create a custom package that suits exactly what you need! I have coverage starting at $2200
Q: HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHERS WILL BE THERE AT OUR WEDDING?
A: we have developed packages to suit various budgets, having more than one photographer is definitely an option with our packages however, a way we can pass on some cost savings for our couples is to opt out of having more than one photographer. Contact us at info@photosbyfarah for a custom quote.
Q: How long will it take to see my photos?
A: : Engagement and couples sessions will be available for online viewing after approximately three weeks from the session. Weddings normally take 6-8 weeks depending on the season. If your wedding is during peak wedding season it may take the full 8 weeks.
Q: I don't photograph well and am super awkward, can you help me?
A: Yes of course!!! Through my relaxed shooting style and natural posing I make sure you look natural and lovely in your photos. My goal is to have you look and feel relaxed and that we have a lot of fun. If you or your partner just are not into taking photos, rest assured, I shoot quickly and we take lots of breaks to chat. It won't be nearly as bad as you think!
Q: HOW DO WE RESERVE OUR DATE?
A: Send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and I can give you more information on this. A 50% deposit and signed contract is required in order to get your wedding day on the calendar. One week prior to your wedding, the remainder of the balance is due.
Q: DO I HAVE TO ORDER PRINTS THROUGH YOU?
A: I highly recommend ordering prints through our professional vendors, but it is not required. The difference in quality is HUGE when it comes to ordering through a local printer versus a professional lab, so we encourage clients to let us help with prints. If you decide to book a meeting with me to discuss my packages I will bring you samples of my prints compared to other local vendors.
Q: Do you provide wedding cinematography or videography?
A: Currently I focus exclusively on wedding photography however, I would be happy to recommend some vendors I have worked with in the past.
Q: How far in advance should we reserve our wedding date?
A: I recommend booking your wedding date as soon as you have decided that I am the right photographer for you to ensure you have secured the date. Booking early has the benefit of providing you with the ease of mind of having secured your preferred photographer, which means you will have one less thing to worry about.
